Movement Guidelines
- Ilocos Norte, except for the Municipalities of Adams, Carasi, Dumalneg, and Pagudpud, will remain under localized Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) until September 7, 2021. Tourism is currently suspended.
Entry Requirements - Once Tourism Resumes
- Register at https://ilocosnorte.ph
- Valid ID
- Confirmed Booking from an Accredited Accommodation or Travel Agency
- QR Code from SafePass
- Tourists from GCQ areas (including areas with restrictions) are required to submit a negative RT-PCR result taken within 72 hours (saliva RT-PCR administered by the Philippine Red Cross is accepted) or a negative Rapid Antigen Test result taken within 24 hours before arrival. Taking a Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival in Ilocos Norte is also allowed.
- Meanwhile, tourists from MGCQ areas are required to submit a Rapid Antigen Test taken within 24 hours before arrival OR take a Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival in Ilocos Norte.
- Proceed to Tourist Triage for validation of health declaration and other documents, antigen testing, and issuance of Tourist Triage Card.
- Tourists below 18 and above 65 years old shall be required to present a negative result from an RT-PCR test taken not more than 72 hours.
