TACLOBAN

For arriving passengers passing through Tacloban City

• Valid ID
• Tacloban City QR Code. Get it here
• Health Assessment upon arrival

For arriving passengers staying in Tacloban City

• Swab Test (RT-PCR, Antigen or Saliva Test)
• Valid ID
• Tacloban City QR Code. Get it here
• Health Assessment upon arrival
• Health certification that you are not a PUI/ PUM

CATBALOGAN

For arriving passengers staying for less than five (5) days

• Antigen Testing (City Health Office will conduct the test upon arrival)
• Valid ID
• QR Code (Issued by the City Health Office upon Arrival)
• Heath Assessment upon arrival

For arriving passengers staying for more than five (5) days

• Antigen Testing (City Health Office will conduct the test upon arrival and tourist shall be quarantined while waiting for the result)
• Valid ID
• QR Code (Issued by the City Health Office upon Arrival)
• Heath Assessment upon arrival
